吉昌
吉昌（？—？），清朝官员，满族。
吉昌于1890年（光绪16年）接替雷其达，于台湾担任台北府知府。辖宜兰县、基隆厅、台北县、新竹县，为驻守于台北城的北台湾地方父母官。
