《百战铁人王》（英语：Wipeout）是一档现实游戏节目。节目中，参赛者要完成一项被称为“全球最大的障碍赛道”的挑战。节目创作者为Matt Kunitz及Scott Larsen，由约翰‧安德森（John Anderson）和约翰‧韩森（John Henson）二人主持，吉儿‧韦格娜（Jill Wagner）进行“实地”报告，Endemol USA负责广播节目。
概述
《百战铁人王》第一季于2008年6月24日首映。节目中，参赛者若完成一条“全球最大的障碍赛道”则可取得勇敢向前冲的奖金。其特色为大型的障碍物及突然出现的障碍，例如倾覆塔、滚动球等。玩家参赛者需要尽快到达终点并通过三重考验才能够胜出，获取奖金5万美元。百战铁人王是一个不受限制的游戏，参赛者在赛道上可以跑、跳、甚至滚动。有限的时间，无尽的机关……想要到达终点仍然有巨大的挑战。
历史
百战铁人王于2008年6月24日在ABC首映。在首映后，协办人Elon Gold被John Henson取替。节目第一季成功催生了百战铁人王的国际版本，并于2009年1月在英国和阿根廷播放。
2008年12月8日，ABC宣布将NBC的第四十三届超级杯与百战铁人王合并，取名“百战铁人王超级杯”，这一集于原节目结束后播出。本集有一位女啦啦队队长与一位男性"couch potato"的支持者。[1]在这一集中，Monica Kaufman成为节目史上首位获胜的女性玩家。节目结束后，制作部宣布将会有第二季上映。
第二季于2009年夏季播放。根据TV Week，于2009年百战铁人王成为全球最受欢迎的游戏节目。[2]2009年7月22日，Wipeout决定制作第三季，并于2009年9月开始拍摄。[3]2010年1月11日，Wipeout在Entertainment Weekly中获得Guilty Pleasures Reality TV Showdown的冠军。[4]
2010年2月，百战铁人王被提名为2010年度最受儿童欢迎的娱乐节目（Kids Choice Awards for favorite reality series）。[5]
第三季于2010年6月22日首映，附带“横‘冲’直撞—盲婚哑嫁”的两小时特辑。[6][7]第三季于2010年9月14日结束，附带一美国特辑，其中有警察和消防员客串参加。
2010年8月15日， ABC宣布节目延长至第四季。[8]并称：“Wipeout成为了近年唯一一个可以持续这么久的游戏节目。”2010年10月13日，ABC 宣布第四季将会分为三个部分：冬季、春季及夏季，总共32集：8集冬季、7集春季和17集夏季。[9] 第四季于2011年1月6日首映。[10]
2011年2月，百战铁人王再度被提名为最受儿童欢迎的娱乐节目。[11]2011年6月29日，百战铁人王被提名为青少年最喜爱的节目。
2011年6月16日，ABC宣布该节目将延续至第五季，而Vanessa Minnillo将会代替Jill Wagner出演。新一集的冬季百战铁人王于2011年12月8日开始播出。[12]
2012年2月16日，百战铁人王第三度被提名为最受儿童欢迎的娱乐节目。[13]2012年3月31日，百战铁人王首次击败了自首映已经每每夺奖的美国偶像，获得最受儿童欢迎的娱乐节目。节目自开播以来总共获得逾2.2亿张票。[14]
电子游戏
百战铁人王也有其电子游戏版本：《百战铁人王游戏》，2010年6月22日，紧贴第三季发布。[15]游戏平台为Nintendo Wii和任天堂DS ，而后更被放上Xbox 360 Kinect 。
国际版本
Endemol USA已将百战铁人王卖给超过30个地区，而阿根廷的版本更创作了2个新赛道。[3]现今的Wipeout版本有：
