刘厝村，是台湾彰化县花坛乡所辖的18个村之一，位在花坛乡西南边。面积平方公里、1201人。与仑雅村、花坛村及秀水乡秀水村、金兴村相邻。
村名由来
来源有二：一为初垦者为刘姓，便将此地称“刘厝村”；另一是因为本地位在水尾，每次水灾都流经此地，家产流失，先人称之为“流厝”，后因谐音而称刘厝村。
历史沿革
刘厝村于清代时隶属燕雾上堡茄苳脚庄；明治35年（1902年）时，改彰化厅燕雾上堡茄苳脚庄；明治42年（1909年）改彰化支厅茄苳脚区茄苳脚庄；至大正9年（1920年）则随行政区调整，隶属彰化郡花坛庄花坛大字。
二次大战结束后，国民政府接收台湾，以原先花坛大字的刘厝小字范围设为刘厝村。
