人马座矮不规则星系或SagDIG是一个位于人马座的矮星系，距离大约340万光年远，重要的是不要和银河系的卫星星系SagDEG (人马座矮椭球星系)混淆了。这个星系是Cesarsky从欧洲南天天文台一米施密特摄星仪于1977年6月13日拍摄的ESO(B)摄影干片内发现的[4]。
SagDIG是距离本星系群质量中心最遥远的星系，他是少数在0速度面之外的星系[5]。
SagDIG比宝瓶座矮星系亮了许多的星系，并且长期以来都有恒星在形成 (Momany et al. 2005) ，这导致他富含有中等年龄的恒星。在SagDIG内有27颗碳星的候选者，分析显示SagDIG是贫金属的星族，([Fe/H] ≤ −1.3)。更进一步明说，恒星都是年轻的，恒星的年龄分布以4亿至8亿岁为主[6]。
