老挝境内个湄公河

湄公河勒中国拨称为澜沧江。河源头叫扎曲，源于青海省玉树藏族自治州个杂多縣。

流域面积：16.48万平方公里，长度：2139公里，多年平均出境水量765亿立方米。流经青海、西藏搭仔云南三省，入老挝后，拨称为“湄公河”。

“澜沧”一词或来源于灡沧王国。
