Andrey Removiç Belousov (Rusça: Андре́й Рэ́мович Белоу́сов) (d. 17 Mart 1959), Rus ekonomist ve siyasetçi, mevcut Rusya Savunma bakanı. Belousov, Rusya'da 30 Nisan-19 Mayıs 2020 arasında vekaleten başbakanlık makamında bulundu.[1]
Başbakan Mihail Mişustin, kendisine covid-19 teşhisi konulduğunu açıklamasının ve kendisini on dört gün boyunca karantina altına alacağını bildirmesinin ardından başbakan birinci yardımcısı Belousov, bu görevi vekaleten üstlenmiştir.
