Sigma baryon

Ang mga Sigma baryon ay isang pamilya ng mga subatomikong mga partikulong hadron na may elementaryong kargang +2, +1 o -1 o mga neutral. Ang mga ito ay mga baryon na naglalaman ng tatlong mga quark: dalawang taas na quark at/o babang quark at isang ikatlong quark na maaaring isang kakaibang quark(Σ+, Σ0, Σ), isang charm quark (Σ++c, Σ+c, Σ0c), isang ilalim na quark(Σ+b, Σ0b, Σb) o isang ibabaw na quark (Σ++t, Σ+t, Σ0t).
