ปีกหลัง (อังกฤษ: "posterior horn" หรือ "posterior cornu" หรือ "dorsal horn" หรือ "spinal dorsal horn") ของไขสันหลัง (อังกฤษ: "of spinal cord") เป็นส่วนของเนื้อเทาที่ยื่นออกไปทางด้านหลังของไขสันหลัง มีหน้าที่รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรู้สึกต่าง ๆ จากกาย รวมทั้งความสัมผัสเบา การรับรู้อากัปกิริยา (proprioception) และแรงสั่นสะเทือน ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรู้สึกเหล่านี้มาจากหน่วยรับความรู้สึกที่ผิวหนัง กระดูก และข้อต่อ ของเซลล์ประสาทรับความรู้สึกที่มีตัวเซลล์อยู่ที่ปมประสาทรากหลัง (dorsal root ganglion)
