Rancangan Morgenthau
Rancangan Morgenthau (bahasa Inggeris: Morgenthau Plan, Jerman: Morgenthau-Plan) merupakan suatu usulan yang difikirkan pihak Berikat selepas Perang Dunia Kedua untuk melumpuhkan keupayaan ketenteraan Jerman Nazi termasuk mengghapuskan semua kawasan dan kemudahan perindustrian di sepanjang sungai Ruhr. Ia mula-mula diusulkan Henry Morgenthau Jr., Setiausaha Perbendaharaan Amerika Syarikat pada ketika itu dalam suatu memorandum berjudul Suggested Post-Surrender Program for Germany.[1] ("Rancangan pasca-penyerahan dicadangkan untuk Jerman").
Ia tidak digunapakai akhirnya, namun ia ada sedikit sebanyak mempengaruhi langkah pendudukan Jerman oleh pihak Berikat.

Demilitarization of Germany: It should be the aim of the Allied Forces to accomplish the complete demilitarization of Germany in the shortest possible period of time after surrender. This means completely disarming the German Army and people (including the removal or destruction of all war material), the total destruction of the whole German armament industry, and the removal or destruction of other key industries which are basic to military strength.
