Negara-negara Baltik (Estonia: Balti riigid, Latvia: Baltijas valstis, Lithuania: Baltijos valstybės, Rusia: Прибалтика (Pribaltika) lit. "Di Laut Baltik"), negara-negara Baltik adalah merujuk kepada tiga buah negara di Eropah Utara, kesemuanya merupakan anggota di dalam Kesatuan Eropah: Estonia, Latvia, dan Lithuania. Antara tahun 1918 dan 1920 selepas tamatnya Perang Dunia I, setelah berkurun-kurun lamanya berada di bawah kekuasaan luar, negara-negara Baltik wujud sebagai sebuah negara merdeka. Asalnya selepas tahun 1918, Finland dianggap sebagai salah sebuah negara-negara Baltik wujud bersama-sama dengan tiga buah negara lain di bawah keadaan yang serupa. Walau bagaimanapun pada hari ini Finland sering dikumpulkan di dalam negara-negara Nordik.
