Marasmiaceae sunt familia fungorum divisionis Basidiomycotorum cui sunt sporae albae. Eis plerumque est dura stipa, et eae per tempus siccum vietae fieri possunt et deinde refici. Lentinula edodes (Anglice shiitake mushroom), fungus edulis late consumptus, est genus huius familiae. Secundum aestimationem anno 2008, familiae sunt 54 genera et 1590 species.[1]

Familia Omphalatacearum, a Bresinsky anno 1985 descripta[2] ut segregatum ex Tricholomataceis, nunc habetur synonymum Marasmiacearum.[3] Genera olim in illam familiam digesta (inter quae Anthracophyllum, Gymnopus, Lentinula, Marasmiellus, Mycetinis, Rhodocollybia, Omphalotus) nunc in Marasmiaceas digeruntur.
