Kimchi ya iku salah siji panganan saka Koréa.[1] Kimchi wujudé kaya acar sing isiné kol, lobak, utawa janganan liyané sing difermèntasèkaké karo bumbu bawang, uyah, cukak, lombok lan bumbu liyané.[2]
