子宮がん（しきゅうがん、英: Uterine cancer、英: Worm cancer）は、子宮本体に発症する異常な細胞の増殖である[7]。子宮体がんは子宮内膜に発症し、平滑筋腫瘍と間質腫瘍は子宮の筋肉や支持組織に発症する[8]。子宮体がんの症状には、膣からの異常な出血や骨盤内の痛みなどがあげられる[2]。子宮肉腫の症状には、異常な膣からの出血や膣内の腫瘤などがあげられる[3]。
子宮体がんの危険因子には、肥満、メタボリックシンドローム、2型糖尿病、これらの状態の家族歴などがあげられる[2]。子宮肉腫の危険因子には、骨盤への放射線療法を受けたことがあるなどである[3]。子宮体がんの診断は、通常、子宮内膜生検に基づいて行われる[2]。子宮肉腫の診断は、症状、内診、医療画像に基づいて疑われる[3]。
子宮体がんは治癒することが多いのに対し、子宮肉腫は一般的に治療が困難である[1]。治療には、手術、放射線治療、化学療法、ホルモン療法、標的治療などを組み合わせた方法があげられる[2][3]。診断後5年以上の生存率は80%強である[4]。
2015年には、世界中で約380万人が影響を受け、9万人が死亡した[5][6]。子宮体がんは比較的一般的あるが、子宮肉腫はまれである[1]。米国では、子宮がんは新規がん症例の3.6%を占めている[4]。55歳から74 歳の女性に最も多く発症する[4]。
