イットリウムY)の同位体のうち天然に存在するものは89Yのみである。最も安定な放射性同位体88Yの半減期は106.65日、91Yの半減期は58.51日である。87Y(半減期79.8時間)と90Y(半減期64時間)を除き、その他全ての半減期が1日以下である。最も安定な89Yよりも軽い同位体は電子捕獲89Yよりも重い同位体はベータ崩壊する。26種類の不安定同位体が知られている。

90Yは核爆発により生成し、生成元の90Srと平衡状態になる。

標準原子量は88.90585(2) uである。
