Uni Afrika Selatan adalah pendahulu negara Afrika Selatan yang ada sekarang. Negara ini berdiri dari tahun 1910 hingga 1961. Negara ini dibentuk atas penggabungan Transvaal, Koloni Tanjung, Koloni Natal dan Negara Bebas Oranye. Penguasa Britania Raya bertindak sebagai kepala negara hingga tanggal 31 Mei 1961 ketika negeri ini mengumumkan perubahan bentuk dari persemakmuran menjadi republik.

Negara ini memiliki kendali meluas atas Walvis Bay, yang sekarang milik Namibia.
