Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (衆議院議長, Shūgiin-gichō) adalah pejabat Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (Jepang), dan bersama-sama dengan Presiden Dewan Penasihat (Jepang), Ketua DPR juga merupakan kepala legislatif Jepang. Ketua dipilih oleh anggota DPR pada awal setiap sesi, dan dapat menjabat selama maksimal empat tahun.

Ketua DPR saat ini adalah Hiroyuki Hosoda, yang mulai menjabat pada 10 November 2021.
