Թալիշներ (թալ.՝ толышон / tolışon), իրանական[1][2][3][4][5][6] էթնիկական խումբ, որը հիմնականում բնակվում է ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի ու Իրանի տարածքում, մասնավորապես Հարավային Կովկասում է Կասպից ծովի հարավ արևմտյան հատվածում։ Նրանք խոսում են թալիշերենով, որը հյուսիս արևմտյան Իրանական լեզուների խմբին է դասվում։ Այս լեզվով խոսում են Իրանի հյուսիսային շրջաններում, մասնավորապես Գիլան ու Արդաբիլի նահանգ նահանգներում և Ադրբեջանի հարավում։ Հյուսիսային Թալիշստանը (ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի մասն է) պատմականորեն կոչվել է Թալիշ-ի Գուշթաբի։ Իրանում կա Թալեշ գավառ Գիլան նահանգում[7]։
