תיאטרון אל-קאסבה (ערבית: القصبة مسرح) הוא תיאטרון ובית קולנוע ברמאללה.
היסטוריה
[עריכת קוד מקור | עריכה]קבוצת התיאטרון "אל-קאסבה" הוקמה בירושלים ב-1970, ובאותה שנה נבנה בית התיאטרון ברמאללה. בשנת 1989 המבנה שופץ והחלה בו גם הקרנת סרטי קולנוע. בשנת 1998 הועברה פעילות התיאטרון והקולנוע למבנה שבו פעל קולנוע "אל-ג'מיל" עד 1987. המבנה שופץ והורחב בשנות ה-90, ונקרא מאז "אל-קאסבה תיאטרון וסינמטק" וכולל מספר אולמות. במקום פועל אולם קולנוע[1], ולהקת תיאטרון בניהולו של השחקן ג'ורג' איברהים.
בתיאטרון נערכים מפגשים והפקות רבות של אמנים פלסטינים, שחקנים ואנשי קולנוע. בתחילת 2002 התיאטרון אירח את חתני פרס נובל לספרות וולה סויינקה וז'וזה סאראמאגו. כמה שבועות לאחר מכן, במהלך מבצע חומת מגן, פלשו כוחות צה"ל לרמאללה ופשטו על התיאטרון.
בשנת 2011 נפתח בתיאטרון בית ספר למשחק[2].
