Ron Klain (s. 8. elokuuta 1961) on yhdysvaltalainen juristi ja demokraattipuolueen poliitikko. Joe Biden nimitti hänet Valkoisen talon kansliapäälliköksi presidenttikautensa alusta vuonna 2021.[1]

Klain oli Bidenin kansliapäällikkö myös tämän varapresidenttikaudella. Silloin Klain edusti Barack Obaman hallintoa ebolaa käsittelevässä ryhmässä Afrikassa. Kokemuksesta arvellaan olevan hyötyä, kun Biden alkaa ratkoa koronavirukseen liittyvää kriisiä Yhdysvalloissa.[2]
