Yhdysvaltain työministeri (engl. United States Secretary of Labor) on Yhdysvaltain työministeriön johtaja, hallituksen jäsen ja järjestyksessä yhdestoista presidentin sijainen. Ministerin tehtäviin kuuluu ammattiliitto- ja työpaikkalakien valvominen.lähde?

Virkaatekevä työministeri Al Stewart astui virkaan 20. tammikuuta 2021.[3] Seuraavaksi työministeriksi presidentti Joe Biden nimitti Bostonin pormestarin Marty Walshin.[4][5] Walsh jätti tehtävänsä maaliskuussa 2023, ja hänen virkaa toimittavaksi seuraajaksi valittiin entinen varatyöministeri Julie Su.[6]
