Apeninoak edo Apenino mendiak[1][2] (latinez: Appenninus edo Apenninus Mons; italieraz: Appennini) Italiako mendilerro luzea da, penintsula haren ardatz nagusia osatzen duena. 1.200 kilometroko luzera du iparraldetik hegoaldera, ekialdeko itsasertzaren parean, hasi Liguriatik eta Calabriaraino.[3] Mendilerro meharra da, gunerik gorenean ehunka kilometro zabal izateraino, eta inguru gorabeheratsua da oso.[4] Corno Grande (2.912 metro) da gailur nagusia.[5]

Bigarren Mundu Gerran, alemaniarrek Apeninoak defentsarako harresi gisa (Linea Gótica) erabili zituzten. 1944ko irailean aliatuek eraso egin zuten, arrakasta handirik lortu gabe.

Ilargian ere badaude Apeninoak, Mare Imbriumen ondoan. Bertan ilargiratu zen Apollo 15a.
