Isaac del Toro Romero (born 27 November 2003) is a Mexican cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates.[2][3]

He won the 2023 Tour de l'Avenir, making him the first Mexican to ever win the race.[4] In October 2023, he signed a three-year contract with UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates for the 2024 season.[5] He made his debut with the team at the Down Under Classic in January, where he finished third.[6] He then went on to win the second stage of the 2024 Tour Down Under four days later, after attacking solo near the end of the race.[7] He finished fourth at the 2024 Tirreno–Adriatico.[8]
