Rh-asocirani glikoprotein (RHAG) je proteinski transporter ammonijskih supstanci. Kod čovjeka je kodiran sa RHAG gena.[1][2] RHAG je također bio označavan i kao CD241 (Cluster of Differentiation 241). Mutacija u RHAG genu može uvjetovati nasljednu stomatocitozu.[3]
Antigeni Rh sistema (MIM 111700) su kod čovjeka povezani s proteinima eritrocitnih membrana, mase od oko 30 kDa, tzv. RH30 polipeptida. Heterogeni glikolizirani membranski proteini od 50 i 45 kDa, na Rh50 glikoproteinu, su koprecipitat (kompleksni talog) sa Rh30 polipeptidom u muniprecipitaciji sa anti-Rh-specifičnim mono- i poliklonskim antitijelima. Rh antigeni postoje i kao multipodjedinice kompleksa CD47 (MIM 601.028), LW (MIM 111.250), glikoforina B (MIM 111740), a imaju ključnu ulogu u Rh50 glikoproteinu.[4]
RHAG ispoljava protein-protein interaktivnost sa ANK1.[5]
