Будынак вышынёй 319 м (1046 футаў) размешчаны ва ўсходняй частцы Манхэтэна на скрыжаванні 42-й вуліцы і Лексінгтан Авеню. Першапачаткова належаў карпарацыі «Крайслер», у цяперашні час ён знаходзіцца ў сумеснай уласнасці «Abu Dhabi Investment Council» (90 %) і «Tishman Speyer Properties» (10 %).
