    As luengas altochermanicas centrals orientals u alto alemán central oriental (en alemán Ostmitteldeutsch) son un subgrupo de dialectos no francicos de l'alemán central, fendo parti asinas d'as luengas altochermanicas. L'actual alemán stándard como una variedat altochermanica[1] s'ha desenvolicau entre l'alto alemán central oriental (mas que mas l'alto saxón gracias a la promoción de Johann Christoph Gottsched) y o franco oriental. Os dialectos de l'alto alemán central oriental se charran prencipalment en Alemanya Central y partis de Brandemburgo, y yeran charraus d'antis mas tamién en Silesia y en Bohemia.

    As luengas altochermanicas centrals orientals se charran en gran parti de l'aria cultural conoixida actualment como Alemanya Central (Mitteldeutschland). Se dividen en os siguients dialectos:
