  1. Cdip150匯報茶點、紀念品報價，惟文具海報須設計方能報價
  2. 9old9表示維基媒體基金會表示願意贊助活動，要求報上所需費用。林發欽應無法聯絡上，陳樹榮婉拒任講者，但轉介予鄭國強，另會邀請王國強
  3. Whhalbert表示所以贊助信已發出，另外香港有網路公司表示願意贊助活動，要求報上所需費用
  4. 會上決定海報設計人選，由9old9接洽細節，會上要求注意版權問題。Whhalbert表示可製作pass和設計banner
  5. 9old9會協助出邀請函

討論事項

  1. Whhalbert反映，有人表示希望網上直播會議。會上決定先了解何人能技術支援
  2. 屆時人手方面，大致同意議程所述，但Alan_Cheang認為須有人應付突發狀況，又表示因會議適逢節日，希望與9old9互相配合。
  3. Whhalbert提醒金錢及表格收取不可假手他人。他與9old9都提醒Cdip150在12月23日必須提款
  4. 晚餐方面，建議到就近餐廳
