English: Yuanheng Temple is located in Gushan District, Kaohsiung City. Yuanheng Temple was originally named Yuanxing Temple, also known as Yanzi Temple. It is located in the foothills of Shoushan Mountain. According to the chronology of Kaohsiung City, it was built in the 8th year of Qing Emperor Qianlong (1743). Master Yuan built it, the main Guanyin Tuas. In the 15th year of Taisho (1926), the temple was renovated and renamed Yuanheng Temple. It is a large-scale temple in the Kaohsiung area.
