STATSHIP娛樂於2023年9月3日宣布，IVE將在10月14日發行首張韓語迷你專輯《I'VE MINE》並公開《I'VE MINE》的三張概念海報[1]，之後該經紀公司宣布將於9月25日發行先行曲《Either Way》，10月6日發行《Off The Record》及10月13日發行《Baddie》[2][3][4]。

2023年9月22日，STARSHIP娛樂在官方YouTube頻道發布這首歌的六位成員之音樂影片預告[5]，並於2023年9月25日下午6時正式公開其音樂錄影帶及數位音源[6]。
