2012年歐洲超級盃（2012 UEFA Super Cup）是由歐洲足協舉辦的第37屆歐洲超級盃足球賽，在2012年8月31日摩納哥路易二世体育场上演，由2011/12賽季歐洲聯賽冠軍盃冠軍車路士和2011/12賽季歐洲聯賽冠軍馬德里體育會進行對決。[5]
路易二世体育场自1998年起一直是歐洲超級盃的主辦場地，本屆賽事結束後，超級盃將闊別該場，改由其他場地輪流舉行，下屆賽事舉辦場地為布拉格的伊甸園體育場。[6]
馬德里體育會4–1擊敗車路士，奪得球會史上第2座歐洲超級盃。[1]
