1991年克羅埃西亞獨立公投舉辦於1991年5月19日。這次公投的投票率是83%，其中93%支持克羅埃西亞獨立。公投之後克羅埃西亞宣布自南斯拉夫社會主義聯邦共和國獨立。但由於南斯拉夫中央政府拒絕承認克羅埃西亞獨立，兩者爆發戰爭。1992年，歐洲共同體和聯合國都承認克羅埃西亞獨立。
