进步党（Progressive Party），又稱“公麋党”（英語：Bull Moose Party），是美国总统西奥多·罗斯福在共和党总统候选人提名中輸給保守派竞争对手前门生威廉·霍华德·塔夫脱总统后，于1912年成立的美國第三党。这个新党採取進步主義和民族主义立场吸引傑出的國家改革者。1912年总统选举中受挫后，進步黨的支持度迅速下滑，直到1918年，最後在1920年消失。在于1912年6月輸掉共和党提名后，罗斯福在芝加哥大会上自夸称，自己“像公麋一样坚强”，因此进步党又称“公麋党”。 [3]
