詩節（stanza，与上位概念一共俗称verse），或節、聯，是西方詩歌裡的一個段落、小節。一個詩節的行數（line）並非固定。

下面這首詩共有三個詩節，每個詩節有四行。

Our God, our help in ages past,
Our hope for years to come,
Our shelter from the stormy blast,
And our eternal home.

Under the shadow of Thy throne
Thy saints have dwelt secure;
Sufficient is Thine arm alone,
