西經64度線是本初子午線向西64度的經線，是為西經64°。此線經線由北極點起穿過北冰洋、格陵蘭、北美洲、大西洋、加勒比海、南美洲、南冰洋以及南極洲直到南極點。此段半圓路徑長20,003,932公里（12,429,867英里），於赤道與本初子午線距7,124公里（4,427英里）遠。[1][2]
西經64度線與東經116度線形成一個大圓。
