被動免疫

被动免疫是指人体获得由其他人体产生的抗体或淋巴因子後而產生的免疫效果，人体自身並未产生抗体。這些外來抗體有胎传抗体、破伤风抗毒素、抗狂犬病血清、抗蛇毒血清、丙种球蛋白、乙肝免疫球蛋白等。雖然被动免疫见效快，但由于抗体半衰期短，难以保持持久而有效的免疫水平，免疫時間最多持續2到3周[1]。
