皮特·科内利斯·蒙德里安（荷蘭語：Piet Cornelies Mondrian，1872年3月7日—1944年2月1日）是一名荷蘭畫家，風格派運動幕後藝術家和非具象繪畫的創始者之一，對後代的建築、設計等影響很大。自称“新造型主義”，又稱“幾何形體派”。
生平
[编辑]荷蘭時期（1872年-1911年）
[编辑]1892年蒙德里安進入阿姆斯特丹的國立藝術學院，正式接受學院派的訓練，也奠定了他深厚的寫實能力。
風景畫是蒙德里安初期的繪畫主題，此時的作品仍舊瀰漫著十七世紀荷蘭繪畫的風格與精神，受到了印象主義、象徵主義和表現主義的影響，漸漸脫離了海牙畫派的表面形式。
1903年蒙德里安以「靜物」（Still Life）獲得藝術家會的肯定，堅定他將繪畫當作終生職業的意念。在他的作品中可以看見嚴謹的構圖和豪放生動的筆觸，兼具現代與古典的優點，在同輩畫家中漸漸豎立自己的風格。
1909年蒙德里安經歷了自己的宗教革命，他加入了「荷蘭通神論者協會」，接觸了新柏拉圖主義和多神論思想，使得蒙德里安發現自己，思考人類存在的價值。這項轉變也改變了蒙德里安創作的方向，開啟新造型主義的思考方向。
巴黎時期（1911年-1914年）立體主義的震撼
[编辑]1911年蒙德里安見識了畢卡索和布拉克等立體派的作品，感受極大的震撼。立體派講究的立體事實和明確客觀都是蒙德里安追求的目標。隨後前往巴黎研究立體派的繪畫風格。他不斷分析眼睛所見的影像，並且加入了音樂性作品充滿了節奏感。蒙德里安成功的從立體派中吸取精華，作品以抽象的方式呈現，並加入了自我的風格，脫離了立體派。
荷兰时期（1914年-1919年）
[编辑]1914年回到荷蘭後第一次世界大戰爆發，蒙德里安留在荷蘭致力於「會化中的新造型」，集結許多志同道合的朋友激盪出新造型主義。
1917年蒙德里安的朋友出版「風格」雜誌讓蒙德里安等畫家發表創作理念。1918年簽署了反戰、反個人主義，宣揚和平團結的「風格派宣言」。蒙德里安想利用藝術將生命昇華，他利用抽象的造型與中性的色彩來傳達秩序與和平的理念。
巴黎時期（1919年-1938年）關鍵的轉變
[编辑]在這一時期蒙德里安發現了新的個人形式，他使用更基本的元素創作（直線、直角、三原色）組成抽象畫面，此時期的代表作「線與色彩的構成」色彩柔和、充滿輕快和諧的節奏感。這一時期的作品有《構圖第十號》。
倫敦紐約时期（1938年-1944年）
[编辑]為躲避法西斯，蒙德里安從生活了將近二十年的巴黎逃到倫敦避難。兩年過後，蒙德里安移居紐約，生命中最後四年，在這五光十色的大都會，蒙德里安感受到沒有戰事紛擾的世界，在紐約創作的作品比過去更為明亮、更為抽象，反映了紐約的現代經驗。他融合了過去不同時期作品風格加以延伸，色彩、線條呈現輕快的律動，畫面的音樂性在此達到最高境界。

[编辑]主張以几何形体构成“形式的美”，作品多以垂直线和水平线，长方形和正方形的各种格子组成，反对用曲线，完全摒弃艺术的客观形象和生活内容。

[编辑]位於香港火炭的公共屋邨 - 駿洋邨、正是參考了皮特‧蒙德里安的藝術風格；據香港房屋委員會及房屋署建築團隊表示，在設計期間就是參考了蒙德里安的「幾何形體」風格，邨內的建築外牆以平衡的直線和直角、綴以顏色格子為主[1]。
