葉勝欽（1974年9月13日—2022年2月26日），台灣臺語歌手、音樂製作人。在選秀節目《21世紀新人歌唱排行榜》校園組奪得冠軍後出道，在職業生涯中發行了8張專輯，代表專輯有《失戀的探戈》。曾擔任楊惠絜的音樂製作人[1]，也曾鼓勵翁立友到台北奮鬥，而翁立友尚未成名前，亦曾借住葉宅[2]。2020年，葉勝欽發現自己罹患骨髓癌的消息，他原本無意公開此事，經紀人陳孝志勸其公開並舉辦公益演唱會，將演出所得全捐給骨肉瘤關懷協會，然而消息公開後並未引起太多迴響，之後葉勝欽於2022年2月26日因病逝世，享年47歲，演唱會未能辦成。[3]
