台東郡 為台灣日治時期 的行政區劃，該郡隸屬台東廳 ，1937年設立，1945年戰後改制臺東縣台東區而終止。
台東郡役所設於台東街 ，管轄台東街、卑南庄 、太麻里庄 、大武庄 、火燒島庄 及不設街庄的蕃地。轄域即今台東縣 台東市 、卑南鄉 、太麻里鄉 、大武鄉 、綠島鄉 、金峰鄉 、達仁鄉 、蘭嶼鄉 等地。
