美国驻烏克蘭大使馆（英語：Embassy of the United States, Kyiv；烏克蘭語：Посольство США в Україні）是美国驻乌克兰首都基輔的外交代表機構。

美国于1991年12月25日承认乌克兰独立，并于1992年1月22日在其首都基辅开设大使馆。最初大使馆所在的建築前身是乌克兰共产党舍甫琴科區办事处，该办事处在1991年八一九事件后不久被没收。这座建筑建於20世纪50年代，之前當地是一座乌克兰希腊礼天主教会耶稣圣心教堂，该教堂在1935年被苏联人摧毁^[1][2]。

2012年，大使馆迁至靠近基辅西郊的Igor Sikorsky Street，步行15分钟即可抵達布列斯特站。 ^[3]这条街以前被称为Tankova街，应美國大使馆的要求，基輔市议会以在乌克兰出生的飞机设计工程师伊戈尔·伊万诺维奇·西科尔斯基的名字重新命名这条道路。

在2021年－2022年俄乌危机期間，美國駐烏克蘭大使馆搬到了利沃夫。^[5]随着俄軍军事集结和紧张局势的持续升级，大使馆在2022年俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭爆發的前几天迁往波兰。^[6][7]2022年5月8日，包括美国驻乌克兰临时代办在内的外交官返回基辅。^[8] 2022年5月18日，美国驻乌克兰大使馆重新开放。^[9]
