羅伯·杜安·巴拉德（英語：Robert Duane Ballard，1942年6月30日—）是一位美國海軍退役中校，現在羅德島大學擔任海洋學教授。他知名於水下考古學，尤其是海洋考古學和沉船考古學。他最為人所知的就是於1985年發現鐵達尼號殘骸；之後他於1989年發現納粹德國軍艦俾斯麥號戰艦沉船、1998年發現中途島海戰中沉沒的約克鎮號航空母艦。近年他於2002年發現了约翰·肯尼迪任艇長的PT-109魚雷艇沉船，並訪問了搭救該艇組員的原住民艾羅尼·庫馬納。
