红金眼鲷（学名：Beryx splendens；紅大目仔、紅三角仔；達悟語: ivay; ivey）为輻鰭魚綱金眼鯛目金眼鲷科金眼鲷属的鱼类，俗名正金眼鲷。分布于日本南部、小笠原群岛、澳大利亚、及大西洋两侧以及台灣臺東、蘭嶼等地區等，属于热带海鱼。该物种的模式产地在马德拉群岛。[1]棲息深度23-1300公尺，體長可達70公分，成魚主要棲息在大陸坡、海脊，屬肉食性，以甲殼類、頭足類、魚類等為食，可做為食用魚，適合各種烹飪方式食用。
