紹什塔尼區（斯洛維尼亞語：Občina Šoštanj）是斯洛文尼亞的一個區，位於該國北部，面積95.6平方公里，海拔高度367米，區內的皮革工廠在1999年關閉，該區的發電廠供應全國三分之一電力，2002年人口8,254。該區首府為紹什塔尼。
