索馬利蘭總統（索馬利語：Madaxweynaha Somaliland，英語：President of Somaliland）是索馬利蘭共和國的國家元首與政府首腦，由公民直接選舉產生，任期五年，連選得連任一次。索馬利蘭至今未受到任何聯合國會員或國際組織承認，為事實上獨立的國家，索馬利亞則聲稱擁有其主權[1][2]；而索馬利蘭政府認定自身為前英属索马里兰的继承国[3][4]。索馬利蘭的政治體制為總統制，未設有總理一職。
