總督昆廷·布賴斯 分別任命陆克文、安東尼·艾班尼斯 、克里斯·鲍恩 為總理、副揆和財相後合照 第二次陆克文内阁 是澳大利亚 的第68届联邦内阁 ，由当时执政党澳大利亚工党 组成，由时任总理陆克文 领导。第二次陆克文内阁是2013年6月26日执政党工党党内表决撤换领袖后，于2013年6月27日（总理 、副总理 、财政部长 ）和2013年7月1日（其他部长）接受总督任命，宣誓就职的。在2013年澳洲联邦大选 中，工党败选，第二次陆克文内阁遂在2013年9月18日新内阁（艾伯特内阁 ）就职后解任。
第二次陆克文内阁是澳大利亚工党赢得2007年澳洲联邦大选 之后的第四届内阁，之前的三届内阁分别是第一次陆克文内阁和第一、二次吉拉德内阁。
澳大利亚从50年代起实行双层内阁制，只有资深部长进入内阁，内阁之外还有级别较低的部长（“外阁”，英語：Outer Ministry ），部长之下还有政务次长（英語：Parliamentary Secretary ）。内阁部长、其他部长和政务次长共同组成执政政府。
