石苞 (后赵)

石苞（？—349年），十六国后赵将领、宗室，上党武乡（山西省榆社西北）人，羯族，石虎之子。

333年封石苞乐平王。345年石苞奉命镇守长安。349年，石苞对战东晋征东大将军梁犊，兵败。石遵即位，封他为大司马，他对石遵杀死石世自立不满，谋率领关中兵马攻打邺城。后来听说东晋梁州刺史司马勋来北伐，所以作罢。不久，石遵召他除掉辅国大将军冉闵，计划泄露。石遵被杀。新皇帝石鉴再命他在琨华殿杀害冉闵，事情泄露，石鉴杀害石苞灭口。
