石堪

石堪（？—333年），十六国后赵将领，原为田氏子，多次有功，石勒收为养子。

328年，统兵在寿春攻打晋朝豫州刺史祖约，收降东晋龙骧将军王国、南阳都尉董幼，击破寿春，逼迫祖约逃到历阳，掠夺二万户回国。跟随中山公石虎攻打前赵，擒获前赵皇帝刘曜。330年，封彭城郡王，对丞相石虎把持朝政不满，333年，石堪和刘太后一起谋除石虎，拥立南阳王石恢为盟主。领军攻打兖州，不胜，逃到谯城，在城父被石虎部将郭太俘虏，送到襄国（今河北省邢台市）活活燒死。
