美爾奎寧，台湾称美尔奎宁（INN：mefloquine），常見商品名瘧寧（Lariam），為一種治療及預防疟疾的口服藥物[1]。當用於預防時，需在暴露瘧原蟲之前的一至二週開始用藥，每週一次。離開瘧疾風險地區之後仍須維持服藥四週，每週一次[1]。本品可用於治療瘧疾的輕度症狀，但無法用於治療重症瘧疾[1]。
嚴重副作用包含長期精神問題，例如憂鬱、幻覺及焦慮等。神經方面的副作用則包含平衡感下降、癲癇發作，以及耳鸣等等[1]。因此本品不建議用於有精神問題或癲癇患者[1]。常見副作用包含嘔吐、腹瀉、頭痛，以及紅疹[1]。妊娠期間不建議用藥，除非沒有其他替代方案[1]。哺乳期間亦不建議使用[1]。
美爾奎寧最早由美國陸軍於1970年代開發出來，並於1980年代中期開始應用[2][3][4]。本品列名於世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单，為基礎公衛體系必備藥物之一[5]。本品屬於學名藥[1]。发展中国家每劑批發價約介於 0.6 至 1.3 美金之間[6]。在美國則約 10 美金[1]。
