王磊（1977年12月26日—），中国黑龙江省大兴安岭人，中国棋院围棋八段。

王磊9岁开始学棋，1989年入段成为职业棋手，1999年升为八段，曾获得第7届三星保險杯世界圍棋公開賽亚军。王棋风刚硬，善于搏杀。70年代出生的中国围棋国手中涌现出一批成绩突出的棋手，号称“七小龙”，王磊是其中之一。
