定義

一般而言，滅口的定義通常會有兩種：

  • 第一種定義是指怕消息被第三人知道，而先下手為強把對方殺害。
  • 第二種則是因為犯罪事跡敗露，而把目擊者和目擊者有關的人給殺害。另一種則是屬於謀殺型的滅口，是因為某些原因和目的而殺害對方以及與對方有關的人。
