歐陽儉（1914年—1961年10月9日），廣東省番禺縣鹽步鎮人，在廣州市出生，幼年時移居香港，在英文學校受教育，父親歐陽若湖亦是演戲劇，歐陽儉17歲跟新細倫學藝，滿師後先做鄉班，後迅速擔任一線文武生；後期改演丑生；粵劇四大名丑之一，20世紀50年代至60年代的香港電影演員，10年間參演近180齣電影。[1]
他喜歡購買新款的產品及收藏精品，尖沙嘴漆咸道是前鋪（經營「士多」）後居的家，購物的金額佔收入75%[2]。
1961年10月9日（星期一）早上7時因胃癌在九龍聖德肋撒醫院病逝，享年47歲，遺下妻子梁寶蓮（歐陽儉赴美國演出時認識的當地粵劇花旦）、8歲女兒歐陽寶寶及6歲兒子歐陽貝貝。遺體當天被送到九龍殯儀館，1961年10月11日安葬荃灣華人永遠墳場 。當時他的片酬為港幣3,500元[3]。
為紀念歐陽儉而攝製1962年電影《春滿帝皇家》：香港一眾紅伶、紅星義務參演，收入交歐陽儉遺孤作生活費及教育費。[4]
