朱迪斯·霍伯斯坦
朱迪斯·马利翁·霍伯斯坦（英語：Judith Marion Halberstam, 1961年12月15日—），又名朱迪斯·“杰克”·霍伯斯坦（Judith "Jack" Halberstam），现为美国南加州大学女性主义研究中心主任，英语系教授。主要研究方向为性别研究、女性主义、酷儿理论、美国研究、族裔研究、电影及视觉文化研究等。[1]
生平
1985年于加州大学伯克利分校获得英语学士学位，1989年、1991年在明尼苏达大学分别获得英语硕士、博士学位。在进入南加大任教之前，霍伯斯坦曾在加州大学圣地亚哥分校文学系担任副教授。
霍伯斯坦1995年的首部著作Skin Shows: Gothic Horror and the Technology of Monsters探讨了19至20世纪的流行歌特文化，涉猎范围从Frankenstein直至当代恐怖电影。1998年的著作《女性的男性气概》（Female Masculinity）奠定了其在酷儿理论界的学术地位，在这部著作中，他探讨了男性之外的主体所具有的男性气质，并追溯了这种男性气质对霸权式性别刻板印象的冲击与影响。霍伯斯坦较为近期的一部著作是2005年发表的《酷儿时空：跨性别身体与亚文化生活》（In a Queer Time and Place: Transgender Bodies, Subcultural Lives），在其中他对酷儿亚文化进行了深入分析，并提出了一种与传统生活方式大异其趣的“酷儿”时空概念。霍伯斯坦已完成一部新作The Queer Art of Failure，预计将于2011年秋季面世。由于他对酷儿理论的卓越贡献 ，霍伯斯坦曾获得三次兰姆达文学奖（Lambda Literary Award）提名。
